Stadiums
Pro and college games with clear-bag rules.
App-free bag check for live events
A calm, staffed bag check at the gate for stadiums, concerts and marathons, paid for by a brand sponsor. Nothing to download: fans hand over a bag, keep a ticket and walk in.
Interlude Live is the pause between your plans and the show: drop your bag, enjoy the moment.
01 Calm
Gates and security lines are stressful. We're the organized corner where guests slow down for a minute and hand things off.
02 Careful
Every item is tagged, kept in a staffed, closed-off area and returned only for its matching ticket.
03 Cultural
Named for the pause between acts. We belong to the music and the moment, not to logistics.
The problem
Fans come straight from work, class or dinner. At the gate, security says the bag can't come in, and there's no place to put it.
Clear-bag and size rules catch guests by surprise. Many have nowhere to leave a backpack, so they miss the opener or throw their things away.
Every bag that reaches screening is one more to inspect and argue about. Fewer bags at the gate means people get inside faster.
When a guest can't get in, they blame the event and the venue, not the policy. That shows up in reviews and refund requests.
Why now
The NFL introduced its clear-bag policy. Similar rules now apply at NBA arenas, college stadiums and major music venues.
People went to Live Nation shows in 2025, about 8 million more than the year before.
Live Nation found festival fans were eight times more likely to buy from a brand after visiting its on-site activation.
For organizers & venues
We plan it, bring the equipment and staff it from gates open until the last guest leaves. You approve the spot and tell guests where to find us.
Our crew handles check-in, tagging, watching the storage area and handing items back.
From a few hundred bags at a club show to thousands at a stadium.
A brand sponsor funds the service, so it's a guest perk rather than a line in your budget.
We need a spot near the entrance before screening. We set up before doors and clear out after.
Behind the counter
Fans don't download or sign up for anything. A paired tag and ticket is all it takes.
Stackable shelf blocks hold a lot of bags in a small footprint, indoors or out, from a club to a marathon start line.
Our tag system doesn't depend on cell service, so it keeps working when 60,000 phones jam the network.
For brand sponsors
Your name sits on the bag check guests are glad to find. They see it when they drop off, and again on the way home.
For fans
Stop at the Interlude Live booth before the security line and hand over your bag.
You get a numbered ticket that matches your bag. Our crew watches the storage area all event.
Show your ticket on the way out and we hand your bag back.
At sponsored events, bag check is free or low-cost for fans.

Usually a brand sponsor, so bag check is free for fans and the sponsor gets its name on the booth, tickets and signs. When there's no sponsor, the venue can cover it to keep the gates moving.
No. There's nothing to download and no account. You hand over your bag, keep your ticket and show it when you come back.
A spot near the entrance, before screening, and a way to tell guests about it ahead of time (event page, app or ticket emails).
The storage area is closed off and staffed for the whole event, and items are only handed back for a matching ticket.
Anything dangerous or illegal, perishable food, or animals. We recommend guests keep phones, wallets and valuables with them.
